Responsible for financial, economic, administrative, and operational management.
He graduated from the Kazakh State Agrarian University in 1999 with a degree in Accounting and Audit, and in 2009 completed a program in Management at the International Academy of Business.
Throughout his career, he has worked as an accountant, deputy chief accountant, acting deputy director for organizational and economic affairs, head of the planning and economic department, and chief accountant. He also served as Deputy Chief Physician for Economic Affairs.
Since 2016, he has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board for Financial, Economic, and Operational Activities at the JSC “A.N. Syzganov National Scientific Center of Surgery.”
