Deputy Chairman of the Board for Scientific, Clinical, and Innovative Activities
Oversees research, education, implementation of innovative technologies, and strategic development. Holds a PhD in Public Health.
He graduated from the S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University in 2011 with a degree in General Medicine. In 2014, he completed a residency in Surgery at the A.N. Syzganov National Scientific Center of Surgery. In 2020, he earned a PhD in Public Health from the Kazakhstan Medical University of Continuing Education.
In 2020, he was awarded the badge “Excellence in Healthcare” («Денсаулық сақтау ісінің үздігі»).
Since 2023, he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board for Scientific, Clinical, and Innovative Activities of the JSC “A.N. Syzganov National Scientific Center of Surgery.”
